摘要
为研究ICP-OES法测定废水中总磷,通过测定在不同射频功率、观测高度、载气流量和进样量条件下谱线的净强度,得到了灵敏度的变化规律。进行仪器参数优化后,测定样品。结果表明,检出限为0.05 mg/L,质控样相对误差为1.21%,相对标准偏差为0.96%(n=6),样品回收率为98.4%。该法试剂用量比常规的分光光度法少,效率高,用于测定废水中的总磷是切实可行的。
For the purpos e of determining total phosphorus in wastewater by ICP-OES,the law of spectrum sensitivity change has been obtained by determining the spectrum intensity under different conditions ,such as different RF power,observation height, carrier gas flow and injection volume. Samples are determined after optimizing the parameters of ICP. The results show that the detection limit is 0.05 mg/L,relative deviation of QC sample 1.21% ,RSD 0.96% (n=6),and sample recovery rate about 98.4%. The dosage of reagent by this method is less than by routine spectrophotometry, having high effectiveness. It proves that the determination of total phosphorus in wastewater by ICP-OES is feasible.
