水夹点技术在循环冷却水设计中的应用

摘要 运用水夹点技术,对循环冷却水系统进行优化。传统的循环冷却水系统采用平行换热网络设计,换热效率低,用水量大。采用连续换热网络,对传统循环冷却水系统进行优化设计后的用水网络,可取得较高的冷却塔进口水温和较小的用水量,从而达到节约用水、提高换热效率的目的。 Water pinch technology can be used for optimizing circulating cooling water systems. The traditional circulating cooling water system was designed by using parallel heat exchange wetwork with a poor heat exchange efficiency and high water consumption. The continuous heat exchange wetwork, has been used for optimizing the design of traditional circulating cooling water. It can obtain higher inlet water temperature in the cooling water tower and lower water consumption, so as to save water and improve the heat exchange effects.
