摘要
在比较了单中心主义、多中心主义和新区域主义三种区域治理流派的基础上,以珠三角城市群为例,认为存在正式的行政区划调整和非正式的区域协调机制两种区域治理结构。在此基础上提出了适合我国城市群治理结构演变的路径,并提出了加强企业、个人、非政府组织在推动城市群治理结构演变中作用的建议。
Based on the comparison to the three regional governance schools of centrism,polycentrism and new regionalism,this article points out by taking the urban agglomeration of the Pearl River Delta for example that there are two means for regulating the regional governance structure,that is,formal adjustment of administrative divisions and informal regional coordination mechanisms.Then it summarizes up an evolution path suit for China＇s urban agglomeration governance structure.Finally,suggestions are proposed to strengthen the roles of enterprises,individuals and non-governmental organizations in promoting the evolution of metropolitan governance.
