This article discusses the concept of planning of Cities in Climate Change Initiative（CCCI）,analyses the closely relationship between planning of CCCI and city sustainable development,defines the types of planning of CCCI,introduces the developing progress of planning of CCCI,and researches the key points of planning of CCCI.
