江苏省产学研合作主要模式及发展对策

Research on the Major Patterns and its Development Countermeasure of Enterprise-University-Research Cooperation in Jiangsu Province

江苏省产学研合作的主要模式有成果转让、合作开发、人才培养、共建实体、科技园区、校企联盟、战略联盟七种模式。科技园模式、校企联盟和战略联盟是江苏省产学研合作模式发展的重要方向。产学研战略联盟模式符合江苏省产业发展需求,应大力发展;对产业重大技术创新应运用官产学研合作模式;要积极发展与江苏省产业发展重点相契合的高新技术产业园区。推进江苏省产学研合作应建立健全产学研合作服务平台;加快建设与规范科技中介体系;加大对产学研合作的资金支持;强化税收优惠政策,为产学研合作创造良好条件。

The main pattern of enterprise-university-research cooperation have achievement transfer,cooperative development,personnel training,build the entity commonly,the science and technology park,colleges and enterprises alliance,and strategic alliance seven mode in Jiangsu province.Science and technology park mode,colleges and enterprises alliance and strategic alliance are the important direction of the cooperation mode in Jiangsu.Combination of strategic alliance pattern is fit to industry development needs of Jiangsu province,we should promote the development;Major technical innovation should apply to the government-enterprise-university cooperation model;actively develop the new and high technology industrial park adapting to the industrial development of Jiangsu province.To promote the Jiangsu enterprise-university-research cooperation,we shall involve establishing and improving the cooperation of service platform;speeding up the construction and the standard of technology intermediary system;increasing the capital support of cooperation,strengthening the tax preferential policy,and create favorable conditions for enterprise-university-research cooperation.
