摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT扫描后空气表面三维重建(3D Air Surface)技术在诊断创伤性支气管断裂的临床应用价值。方法对比分析11例经手术及支气管镜证实的创伤性支气管断裂的X光、CT及3D Air Surface的影像学表现。结果空气表面三维重建不但能准确直接显示气管断裂的部位、程度,同时也能显示气管断裂处破口的整体形态及破口的类型,可弥补X光片及CT扫描的不足。结论 3D Air Surface联合胸片和CT检查,对创伤性支气管断裂的早期诊断有重要的临床价值,从而避免支气管镜的进一步确诊。
Objective To study the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT to traumatic bronchial rupture.Methods Compared the X-ray,CT and 3D Air Surface imaging results of 11 traumatic bronchial rupture cases which are confirmed by surgery and bronchoscope.Results 3D Air Surface can not only accurately display the position and the break degree of tracheal rupture,but also show the overall shape and type of the tracheal rupture breaks.Conclusion 3D Air Surface combined with chest X-ray and CT scan in the early diagnosis has significant clinical value to avoid diagnosing by bronchoscope.
