摘要
采用柠檬酸盐前驱体法制备纳米ZnFe2O4颗粒,并通过TG-DTA、XRD、TEM和磁性能测试对纳米Zn-Fe2O4颗粒进行表征。结果表明,柠檬酸盐前驱体在500℃×2 h煅烧后可得到单一ZnFe2O4相。通过XRD分析,纳米ZnFe2O4晶粒粒径为21 nm,与TEM分析结果一致;在300 K下测得纳米ZnFe2O4饱和磁化强度为3.5 emu/g,剩磁为0.61 emu/g,矫顽力为17.508 kA/m。
A citrate precursor method was used to prepare nanosized zinc ferrite(ZnFe2O4) particles,which were then studied by thermogravimetry differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and vibrating sample magnetometer.The thermal decomposition of citrate precursor shows that the pure ZnFe2O4 phase is formed from the citrate precursor calcined at 500 ℃ for 2 h,and the crystallite size calculated from the X-ray pattern of 500 ℃ is about 21 nm,which is consistent with that obtained from TEM.And the magnetic properties analysis indicates that the saturation magnetization,remnant magnetization and coercivity of the sample at 300 K are 3.5 emu/g,0.61 emu/g,17.508 kA/m,respectively.
