摘要
目的:乳牙菌斑中的蛋白水解酶是否与乳牙龋的发生发展有关。方法:采用酶-底物反应法和考马斯亮蓝蛋白含量测定法,分别测定有龋和无龋儿童乳牙集合菌斑中亮氨酸氨肽酶、甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽酶和胰酶样蛋白酶的活性及总蛋白含量。结果:3种蛋白水解酶的酶活性和总蛋白含量在有龋组和无龋组均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
Objective:The purpose of this paper was to study the role of proteolytic enzymes in dental plaque in deciduous caries occurrence. Methods: Fluorometry and spectrometry were used separately to determine the activities of leucine amino peptidase, dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ and trypsin like proteinase in caries positive and caries free children. Results: The activities of the three enzymes in dental plaque in different children were same(P>0.05). Conclusion: The three enzymes may be not related to deciduous caries.\;
