摘要
通过对9S iCr钢质异型焊管轧辊脆性断裂原因的分析,提出轧辊表层薄层淬火次表层厚层等温淬火热处理新工艺。结果显示,采用热处理改进工艺后,使轧辊组织由较厚层的回火马氏体转变为表层为较薄的回火马氏体而次表层为较厚的下贝氏体的组织,解决了9S iCr钢轧辊在热处理和使用中出现的脆性断裂问题。
By study of brittle fracture reason for the 9SiCr steel shaped welded pipe roll,a new technology of heat treatment about hardening of the roll surface thinner layer and austempering of the sub-surface thicker layer was proposed.The results show that by improvements of quenching heat treatment process,roll microstructure can be transmitted from tempered martensite of the thicker layer to thinner tempered martensite of the roll surface and thicker lower bainite microstructure of the subsurface,so the brittle fracture of the 9SiCr steel roll can be avoided during heat treatment and serving.
