摘要
采用白钨的常温浮选分离技术,优化合理的组合药剂制度,对某钨矿的钨细泥进行高梯度磁选、浮选、摇床重选、离心机选别的对比试验,采用"摇床—浮选—摇床""、摇床—浮选—电选""、离心机—浮选—离心机"联合流程等方案分选白钨锡石,确定"高梯度磁选—离心机"选别黑钨矿"、离心机—浮选—离心机"联合流程分选白钨和锡石的适宜工艺,经全流程闭路试验,可获得钨精矿品位41.67%、回收率55.36%,锡精矿品位42.23%、回收率48.95%,试验达到了良好的指标。
The processing technologies of combining high gradient magnetic separation,flotation,shaking table gravity selection are applied on the tungsten fine mud by applying scheelite's flotation separation at room temperature and optimizing reasonable pharmaceutical systems.The combined flow-sheet of "shaker-flotation-Shaker," "shaker-flotation-power options","centrifuges-flotation-centrifuges," are used to process scheelite and tin.The technology of "high gradient magnetic separation-Centrifuge" is applied to process wolframite.The closed-circuit tests results in tungsten concentrate with the grade of 41.67 %.The recovery rate is 55.36 %.Tin concentrate grade is 42.23 % with 48.95 % recovery rate.
