马钢300m^2烧结料配加火箭粉的生产实践

介绍了马钢二铁总厂烧结料中配加火箭粉的工业性生产实践情况。结果表明:通过采取一定强化措施,火箭粉配用<15%时,在固体燃耗有所上升的条件下,各项经济技术指标基本保持,既降低了烧结原料成本,又基本满足了高炉生产的需求。

The production practice of adding rocket powder in sinter blend at the No.2 iron works of Masteel is introduced.Results showed that when rocket powder addition 15% all economic and technical indicators maintained with solid fuel consumption slightly up,reducing the cost of sintering material while basically satisfying production requirement of blast furnace.
