摘要
为扩大产能并实现分子筛料和清洁柴油生产,中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司对140万t/a柴油加氢装置进行了技术改造。将催化剂更换为FHUDS-2深度加氢脱硫催化剂;新增1套分馏系统。改造后,分子筛料产率可达15%以上。在改造后的装置上可同时生产分子筛料和硫质量分数小于50×10-6的清洁柴油,但反应器入口温度提高31℃,加工能力降低20 t/h。
In order to expand production capacity and to produce molecular sieve dewaxing feedstock and clean diesel oil,a 1.4Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit was revamped in Jinling Petrochemical Company,SINOPEC.A deep hydrodesulfurization catalyst FHUDS-2 was used to replace the old one,and a new fractionation system was built up for producing the new products.After the revamping,the yield of molecular sieve dewaxing feedstock could reach more than 15%,and both the molecular sieve dewaxing feedstock and the clean diesel oil with mass fraction of sulfur less than 50×10-6 could be produced simultaneously,but the inlet temperature of reactor increased by 31℃,and the production capacity decreased by 20t/h.
