摘要
分析了中国石油兰州石化公司46万t/a乙烯装置急冷油塔塔釜温度偏低的原因并提出了相应改进措施。改进措施:(1)将急冷油循环量由250 t/h降低为50 t/h;(2)将燃料油汽提塔塔顶平均温度提高2℃;(3)将急冷油塔入口裂解气平均温度提高4℃。改进效果:(1)急冷油塔塔顶温度平均提高2℃;(2)急冷油塔塔釜温度平均提高3℃;(3)稀释蒸汽发生量提高6 t/h。
The reasons led to lower temperature at the bottom of quench oil column in the 460 kt/a ethylene plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed:(1)decreasing the circulation of quench oil from 250t/h to 50t/h;(2)increasing the average temperature by 2℃ at the top of fuel oil stripping column;(3)increasing the average temperature of pyrolysis gas by 4℃ at the inlet of quench oil column.After the measures were taken,the following effects were obtained:(1)the average temperature increased by 2,3℃ at the top and the bottom of quench oil column,respectively;(2)the output of dilution steam increased by 6t/h.
