摘要
采用直接进样离子色谱法测定车用尿素溶液的Ca2+含量。结果表明,在抑制与非抑制电导模式下,测试的准确度和精密度均能满足ISO 22241-1—2006要求。非抑制电导模式选用Metrosep C3-250型色谱柱,淋洗液使用浓度为5 mmol/L的硝酸。抑制电导模式选用IonPac CS 12 A型色谱柱,淋洗液采用浓度为25 mmol/L的硫酸。实际样品的定量限为0.024 mg/L,与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪法(ICP-OES)的检测结果没有明显差异。
The calcium ion content in automobile urea solution was determined by derect injection-ion chromatography.The results showed that for the "auto-regeneration suppressed conductance detection mode" and"non-suppressed conductance detection"of the method,both the accuracy and precision of the method could meet the need of ISO 22241-1—2006.IonPac CS12A chromatograghic column was used together with 25mmol/L sulfuric acid as eluent in the former mode,and Metrosep E 3-250 chromatographic column with 5mmol/L nitric acid in the latter mode.Using the latter mode,with the detection limit 0.024μg/mL,the test result was almost the same as that of Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer method.
