Cause Analysis and Treatment Measures on Tripping off of Boiler Coal Powder Provided Motor

介绍锅炉煤粉仓12台给粉电动机全部跳闸的故障情况,通过对DCS追忆分析和双回路电源互投模拟试验验证,认为给粉电动机供电回路接触器跳闸时间滞后于备用电源自投时间是导致给粉电动机全部跳闸的原因,并提出改造给粉电源控制回路、更换给粉电动机控制接触器的措施。

For the phenomenon of 12 motors of the coal powder provided motor tripping off,this paper considers that the reason of the coal powder provided motor tripping off is the time of power supply circuit touch implement failure is shorter than the time of alternate power source work,through analyzing the remembrance of DCS and test validating of double-circait power launching each other,and propose measures of altering the coal power provided power supply circuit and replacing the touch implement of coal powder provided motor.
