摘要 介绍了液晶聚合物(LCP)多层基板的工艺实现方法,在LCP多层基板上制作了阻抗变换器、谐振器等微波无源器件,针对频率较高时传统威尔金森功分器遇到的布线困难和隔离电阻难以实现的2个问题,提出了2种改进的功分器结构并用LCP多层基板实现,测试结果说明了设计思路的正确性和LCP多层基板的可用性。 The implementation technology of multilayer substrate of liquid crystal polymer(LCP) is introduced,and using this technology,the passive components such as impedance converters and resonators have been realized on the multilayer substrate of LCP;for the two difficulties encountered separately in wiring and realization of isolating resistance in conventional Wilkinson power divider in higher frequencies,two modified power divider structures have been proposed and implemented on the multilayer substrate of LCP to solve them.The measurement results show that the accuracy of the design ideas and the availability of the multilayer substrate of LCP.
