摘要
借用马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中使用的异化理论,对教师劳动异化现象进行了论述,分析了教师劳动异化的根本原因,提出消解教师劳动异化的基本建议。
This paper has analyzed the herterization of teachers＇ labor and its reasons with Marx＇s heterization theory in his Economic ＆ Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844. In addition, the author has put forward some proposals for reducing such heterization.
