黄芪多糖脂质体对鸡淋巴细胞增殖的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了观察黄芪多糖(APS)被制备成黄芪多糖脂质体后是否能够提高其生物活性,用MTT法测定了其对鸡T、B淋巴细胞增殖的影响,以APS溶液和空白脂质体作为对照。结果显示:APS脂质体在125~15.625μg.mL-1时无论是单独作用还是协同植物血凝素(PHA)作用均能显著促进鸡T淋巴细胞的增殖,并且在125~31.25μg.mL-1时,效果显著优于APS溶液和空白脂质体(P<0.05);APS脂质体在125~15.625μg.mL-1时无论是单独作用还是协同脂多糖(LPS)作用均能显著促进鸡B淋巴细胞的增殖,并且在31.25μg.mL-1的效果显著优于APS溶液和空白脂质体(P<0.05)。表明:APS脂质体能够提高APS促进鸡淋巴细胞增殖的能力,因此,脂质体作为APS的载体是切实可行的。 In order to observe the biological activity of astragalus polysaccharide(APS)liposome,the proliferation effects of APS liposome on chicken T and B lymphocytes were determined by MTT method,taking APS solution and blank liposome as control.The results showed that APS liposome could significantly promote T lymphocyte proliferation singly or synergistically with phytohaemagglutinin(PHA)at 125-15.625 μg·mL-1,and the efficacy was significantly better than those of APS solution and blank liposome at 125-31.25 μg·mL-1.APS liposome could significantly promote B lymphocyte proliferation singly or synergistically with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)at 125-15.625 μg·mL-1,and the efficacy was significantly better than those of APS solution and blank liposome at 31.25 μg·mL-1.These results suggested that APS liposome could improve the efficacy of APS in promoting lymphocyte proliferation,and the liposome can be used as a carrier of APS.
