摘要
曲伐沙星等十二种抗菌药物采用体外抑菌试验、杀菌试验、杀菌曲线及对MIC测定的影响因素方法,在1,045株临床分离致病菌中进行了体外抗菌作用的观察,结果表明 :其抗革兰阴性杆菌作用与环丙沙星或氧氟沙星相当 ,对革兰阳性球菌作用明显优于所测定的其他喹诺酮类抗菌药和β-内酰胺类抗生素 ,对厌氧菌也明显优于环丙沙星、司巴沙星与抗厌氧菌抗生素头孢西丁和克林霉素。曲伐沙星有强大的杀菌作用 ,特别对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌作用明显优于所测定的三种氟喹诺酮类抗菌药。细菌接种量104~107 CFU·ml-1 对曲伐沙星MIC值无明显影响。培养基pH值在pH6.0~8.0对曲伐沙星抗阴性杆菌的MIC值无影响。对金黄色葡萄球菌 ,MIC值在所测定的pH值范围内(pH5.0~8.5)均无影响。培养基中人血清蛋白含量对曲伐沙星的体外抗菌作用有一定影响。
The in vitro activity of trovafloxacin against 1,045 clinical isolates was compared with those of eleven other antimicrobial agents.Trovafloxacin was as active as ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin against gram_negative bacilli. Against gram_positive cocci trovafloxacin was more active than other fluoroquinolones and β_lactams tested. Trovafloxacin was also more active than ciprofloxacin, sparfloxacin, cefoxitin and clindamycin against anaerobes. Trovafloxacin had excellent bactericidal activity, which was especially superior to other three fluoquinolones against Staphylococcus aureus. Increasing the inoculum size from 104 to 107 CFU·ml-1 had no significant effect on trovafloxacin MICs. Varying the medium pH between 6.0 and 8.0 also had no significant effects on trovafloxacin MICs against gram_negative bacilli, which was the same for pH between 5.0 and 8.5 when against Staphylococcus aureus. However, adding different concentrations of human serum to the medium have some influence on the activity of trovafloxacin.
