摘要
煤用喷射式浮选机充气搅拌装置内流体运动复杂,直接影响浮选机的设计及实际生产过程。研究其流动规律及损失可提高分选效果。采用流体动力学方法分析了其中的流场状态及能量损失的组成,利用测试手段在6 m3浮选机内进行阻力测试,得知充气搅拌装置内能量包括循环泵加压循环量所提供的能量,吸入气体得到的能量,损失包括两种流体混合时能量损失、经喷嘴时能量损失、气体经吸气管能量损失、气液流经喉管内的能量损失等等,并得出充气搅拌装置阻力损失的表达式。分析及试验表明,长喉管的充气搅拌装置的阻力损失比短喉管的阻力损失要大。
The fluid flows complex in aerator- agitator mechanism of jet type coal flotation machine, it directly affects the design of flotation machines and the actual production process. The investigation on the fluid field and the energy loss of the aerator - agitator mechanism can improve the separation efficiency. This article analyzes the flow field condition and the composition of energy loss by use of fluid dynamics and resistance in 6m3 experimental flotation machine is measured. It is obtained that the energy inside aerator- agitator mechanism includes circulation pump pressured provide energy and breathed air get energy. The energy losses include the loss when two fluid mixed, the loss through the nozzle, the loss the gas through suction tube, the loss when the flows through pipes, etc. The article obtained resistance losses expression of aerator- agitator mechanism. The analysis and test shows that the resistance losses in long pipes more than in short pipes.
