风水交替冲孔立井快速揭煤技术试验研究

摘要 针对低透气性煤层传统的排放钻孔立井揭煤技术严重地制约施工进度的问题,在桃园矿新副井揭8煤施工过程中,首次提出并试用了风水交替冲孔的快速揭煤技术,利用风水交替冲孔对钻孔孔壁煤体实施有序可控的剥离,增大了钻孔见煤段的孔径,使钻孔周围煤体得以卸压,瓦斯得到了较快的排放,消除了措施区域的煤与瓦斯突出危险性,实现了安全快速揭穿8煤。 In order to solve the problem of limited shaft construction progress in uncovering coal seam of low permeability by traditional technology, in the process of uncovering No. 8 coal seam in new auxiliary shaft of Taoyuan Coal Mine the technology of quick uncovering coal seam in shaft by alternate flushing boreholes with air flow and water was firstly proposed and tested. Coal body in borehole wails was flaked off in controlled and orderly way by alternate flushing with air flow and water to enlarge borehole' s diameter in coal seam, so that pressure in coal body around boreholes got relived, and gas emitted safe and quick uncovering No. 8 coal seam was realized. rapidly. Risk of coal and gas outburst was eliminated;
