摘要
目的:考察自制长循环材料PEG 衍生物的溶血性,及用此合成材料制备的脂质体的体外稳定性。方法:用不同浓度的合成材料对兔血细胞进行溶血和同一浓度的合成材料对不同动物血细胞进行溶血试验,同时进行了Ca2 + 聚集试验和不同荷电性脂质体的相互作用试验。结果:高浓度合成材料对兔血细胞溶血,合成材料对兔血细胞比小鼠血细胞易溶血,所制备的长循环脂质体表面覆盖的高分子能阻抑Ca2+ 聚集和荷相反电荷脂质体的相互作用。结论:LCL表面上有一层亲水性高分子存在。
Objective To observe the hemolysis of PEG derivation made by our own laboratory and the stability of the lipsomes made up from synthetic PEG derivation in vivo. Method Using the different concentration synthetic material to examine that of rabbit and mice respectively. The Ca 2+ aggregation of the long-circulating lipsomes(LCL)and the interaction among the LCL of different electrical charge were also tested. Result The high concentration synthetic material made the rabbit's hemocyte hemolystic, while the hemolysis degree of rabbit's hemocyte was higher than that of mice. Comparing with the ordinary lipsomes, both the Ca 2+ aggregation of the LCL and the interaction of the LCL which had reverse electrical charge became weak obviously. Conclusion The surface of the LCL has a layer of hydrophilic polymer.
