摘要 为提高现有产品的整体性能、实现技术上的创新改进,结合企业产品开发的实际情况,提出了基于故障模式影响分析及发明问题解决理论的机械产品设计方法。首先,提出利用系统功能图进行系统功能分析,并建立基于故障模式影响分析的设计问题确定方法,包括故障模式确定、故障模式分析及风险评估;其次,阐述了利用发明问题解决理论依照风险评估等级对设计问题进行求解的过程;最后,进行原型系统的开发,并用一个创新设计实例验证系统的实用性。 In order to increase the overall performance of existing product and realize the technical innovation and improvement,combined with the practical situation of product development,a novel design method based on failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA) as well as theory of inventive problem solving(TIPS) is presented in this paper.First of all,system function diagram is used for function analysis,and the process of problem identification based on FMEA is proposed,including failure modes confirmation,failure modes analysis and risk evaluation.Second,the problem solving process using TIPS according to the grades of risk evaluation is described.Finally,a prototype system has been developed and an instance is given to demonstrate the practicability of the system.
