基于国家节约能源的总体要求和西昌地区特定的气候条件,本文深入分析了居住和公共建筑节能的具体措施及其成本差异,供相关专业人员探讨和建设行政主管部门参考,以期促进温和B区建筑节能工作的顺利展开。

The definite measurements and differentia costs for residents and public construction were deeply analyzed in this paper according to the general requirement of national energy saving and special climate condition in Xichang area.The suggestions of construction energy saving were also proposed to promote the work being successfully implemented,which hoped to have a discussion with the correlated professionals and can serve as a reference for construction administrative department.
