自润滑Cr/C复合镀层钢球对轴承速度性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 应用非平衡磁控溅射技术在6204轴承钢球表面制备出Cr/C复合镀层,用电子透射显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析镀层微观结构,对镀层钢球轴承和无镀层钢球轴承的速度性能和断油性能进行了试验。结果表明,Cr/C复合镀层有良好的显微结构,有大量的石墨存在。与无镀层钢球轴承相比,镀层钢球轴承有缓慢的温升、良好低振动性能和振动的平稳性能,特别是高速运转时,减振效果尤为明显,保证了轴承有优异的高速性能;镀层钢球轴承有良好的自润滑性能,极大提高轴承应急运行性能。 Using closed-field unbalanced magnetron sputtering technique,Cr/C composite coating was prepared on the steel ball substrate of bearing 6204.The microstructure of coating was investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS).Speed and broken oil performances of coated steel ball bearing and uncoated steel ball bearing were tested.Results indicate that compared to the uncoated steel ball bearing,the coated steel ball bearing has slower temperature rise,lower vibration performance,and significant stability properties of vibration,especially under the high-speed condition;damping effect is particularly significant;so coated bearing has excellent high-speed performance.Coated steel ball bearing has a better self-lubricating performance,which greatly improves the emergency running performance of the bearing.
