摘要
目的:探讨重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhbFGF) 对人羊水细胞及其它细胞的影响。方法:在低血清培养基培养条件下进行人羊水细胞及Balb/c 小鼠巨噬细胞和3T3 成纤维细胞,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐( MTT) 比色法和倒置显微镜观察rhbFGF 对人羊水细胞存活的影响。结果:人羊水细胞、Balb/c 小鼠巨噬细胞和3T3 成纤维细胞在0-4 % 胎牛血清培养基培养条件下,不同浓度的rhbFGF 对羊水细胞的作用存在相关性。结论:rhbFGF 能延长羊水细胞、Balb/c小鼠巨噬细胞和3T3
AIM : To study the action of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rhbFGF) on human amniotic fluid cell and other cells. METHODS: The survival effect rhbFGF on amniotic fluid cell,Balb/c mouse macrophage and 3T3 fibroblast in a low-serum HamF10 were investigated by using MTT method and an contrast inverted microscopy. RESULTS: Following a series of different rhbFGF concentrations. They exerted their related action respectively on these cells in 0.4% fatal bovine serum HamF10. CONCLUSION: The survival of human amniotic fluid cell, Balb/c mouse macrophage and 3T3 fibroblast could be prolonged by rhbFGF.
