摘要
法学教育模式作为法学教育的关键问题,直接关系到我国法学教育的质量。然而传统法学教育模式的部分内容已不能与现代教育目标、社会需求和学生个人发展需求相适应,不符合法学本身的发展规律。在全球化背景下,新时期我们需要建立一种新型的,集学历教育、职业教育和素质教育为一体的法学本科分层分类教育新模式。该教育模式以建构主义为理论依据、以培养适应社会建设需要的不同层次的"法律人"为目标,操作程序上更加重视学分制下学生培养的多元化、层次性和阶段性,实现条件方面更加彰显质量考评机制的革新、稳定的实践教学基地的建设和导师的科学选聘以及对学生的分类、分层指导。
Legal educational pattern, as a key issue of legal education, is directly related to the quality of legal education. However, some of the traditional mode of the legal education can no longer meet the needs of the modern educational goals and the social, personal development of the students. It also violates the developing rules of the science of law. In the context of globalization, we need to build a new lamination and classification educational pattern of legal undergraduates, which consists of academic education, vocational education and quality education. This new mode is based on the constructivism and aims at cultivating diversified "legal person" with the capacity to meet the social constructive needs. Its operating procedures highlight the diversified, hierarchical and phrasal students" training under the Credit system. To achieve the aim highly requires the innovation of the quality assessment, the construction of the steady practice teaching bases, the scientific selection of the supervisors and the multilevel, classified guidance of students.
