摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMT)是妇科临床常见病、多发病。近年来,其发病率逐年升高。EMT是不孕症发生的重要因素之一,两者互为因果。因此,寻找其不孕发生的机制,并针对发病机制准确用药,提高受孕率,势必会更加有效地治疗本病。目前,EMT导致不孕的发病机制尚不明确,国内外学者对其研究颇多。现将当前研究进展进行综述,以期提高对其发病机制的认识,为临床诊断治疗提供理论依据。
Endometriosis（EMT）with a yearly increasing incidence is a clinical common disease in gynecology,and one of the important factors of infertility,with the two points interacting as both cause and effect.Therefore,to find the mechanism of infertility,and use treatments directly aiming at the pathogenesis to increase conception rate,will certainly contribute to the more effective treatment of the disease.Currently the role of EMT in the pathogenesis of infertility is still uncertain,which concentrates a lot of research from domestic and oversea scholars.Here is to summarize the progress to improve the recognition of the pathogenesis,and provide theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
