下颌骨修复重建的研究进展

摘要 下颌骨缺损的修复重建是临床医师面临的一大挑战。下颌骨重建的目的不仅要尽量恢复患者的咀嚼、吞咽、表情等正常生理功能,即功能性重建,还应达到个体化修复,满足美观的需求。下颌骨缺损修复重建常见方法包括下颌骨骨移植、牵张成骨术、引导性骨再生、钛网板修复及组织工程技术等。现对下颌骨修复重建的研究进展予以综述。 Mandibular defects result in disorderliness of chewing swallowing and expression,the reconstruction and rehabilitation of which are a main challenge to clinicians.The objectives of surgical reconstruction and rehabilitation include not only the restoration of appearance but also the individual recovery of functions.Here is to investigate the current situation and the advancement of mandibular reconstruction and rehabilitation,including the bone graft,distraction osteogenesis,guided bone regeneration,titanium mesh and tissue engineering,providing a review on the research progress of mandibular reconstruction and rehabilitation.
