颌面部间隙感染的研究进展

Progress of Investigation on Fascial Space Infection of Maxillofacial Regions

口腔颌面部存在许多筋膜间隙,其中充填有脂肪和结缔组织,如不能准确掌握感染病灶、部位及范围,用药不合理,或未能及时有效切开引流,感染可循潜在筋膜间隙扩散引发多间隙感染,甚至引起严重并发症危及患者生命。现就颌面部间隙感染的好发部位、诊断方法、微生物学研究及治疗等方面的研究进展予以综述。

There are fascial spaces existed in the oral-maxillofacial region,filled with a lot of fat and connective tissue,which may be destroyed and substituted by the inflammatory material.If the drug application is unreasonable or the incision and drainage are not in time or effective,the infection may spread through potential space to multi-spaces,or even lead to severe complications and threaten patient life.Here is to make a summarize for the research progress of examination and diagnosis method,microbiology and treatment.
