摘要 近年来慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病率不断上升,病死率逐渐增加,严重威胁着患者的生命和健康,COPD相关药物治疗的临床研究也越来越多。支气管扩张剂是治疗COPD的基石,胆碱能神经及其受体的变化在COPD的发病过程中起重要作用,故抗胆碱能药物是支气管扩张剂中非常重要,且有效的一类药物,现就抗胆碱能药物在治疗COPD中的研究进展予以总结。 With the gradually increasing incidence and fatality of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in recent years,which severely threatens the life and health of the patients,there are more clinical studies on COPD-related drug treatment.Bronchodilators are the main agents for treating COPD.The changes of cholinergic nerve and its receptor play key roles in the onset of COPD,thus anticholinergic agents among bronchodilators are the most important and effective medications.Here is to conclude the current research progress of anticholinergic agents in the treatment of COPD.
