脊柱结核易累及椎管,产生脊髓、神经压迫,甚至瘫痪,其治疗复杂且疗效不满意,一直以来困扰着骨科医师。近年来,脊柱结核对人类生活质量的影响越来越被各国学者所重视。随着脊柱结核损伤机制得到进一步阐明,目前内固定术已成为脊柱结核治疗的趋势。内固定术治疗在病灶清除植骨前路内固定、病灶清除术植骨后路内固定及前后联合病灶清除加前后联合内固定等方面都取得了许多新的进展。

spinal tuberculosis is easy involving the spinal canal,resulting in spinal cord,nerve compression,or even paralyzed,but therapeutic complex and efficacy not satisfied.It has been always plagued by orthopedist.In recent years,spinal tuberculosis impact on the quality of human life more and more influence attention by scholars from various countries.With the injury mechanisms of spinal tuberculosis has been further clarified,currently internal fixation treatment of spinal tuberculosis has become the trend of treatment.There are tremendous new progresses in respects of debridement and anterior internal fixation,debridement and posterior internal fixation,as well as plus before and the joint anterior and posterior debridement combined with internal fixation.
