摘要
免疫层析检测技术是近年来发展较为迅速的适用于患者身边检测或床边检测的检验技术之一。随着实际应用需求的增多和材料科学及生物技术等学科本身的发展,旨在提高层析技术检测水平的新型标志物研究也备受关注。各种纳米材料借助颜色或光、电、磁等信号在生物检测中起着示踪生物反应和信号放大的标志物作用。现就应用于免疫层析检测技术中的几种纳米材料标志物和标记原理及各自的优缺点予以综述。
Lateral flow immunochromatographic assay is one of the point-of-care test technology rapidly developed in recent years.With the increasing of the accrual demand,the developing of the material study and biotechnology,new biomarkers have been paid greatly attention in the aim of increasing the detection level of the test technology.Various nano-materials with the aid of color,light,electricity,or magnetic signal were developed to trace the biological response and amplify the signals.Here is to briefly review several nano-biomarkers used in lateral flow immunocharomatographic assays from the aspect of the principle and the pros and cons.
