猝死患者心肺复苏中心脏按压的重要性

The Importance of External Cardiac Massage for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的探讨心脏猝死患者心肺复苏中心脏按压在心肺复苏中的时间及顺序的选择,以便进一步指导临床治疗和抢救。方法回顾分析2008年1月至2010年10月到我院紧急实施心肺复苏的患者120例,根据不同的心肺复苏顺序分为选择顺序组(n=61)及常规组(n=59),对两组复苏成功率进行分析。结果选择顺序组窦性心率、自主呼吸恢复和复苏成功人数高于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。选择顺序组复苏死亡人数(35例)低于常规组(45例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论即时发现心脏猝死首选心脏按压,较首选开通气道所进行的心肺复苏,将有助于提高心肺复苏的成功率。

Objective To discuss how to choose time and sequence in cardiac massage of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for heart arrest patients,providing further guidance of clinical treatment and rescue.Methods All 120 patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in our hospital were divided into selective-order group（n= 61）and routine group（n=59）from January 2008 to October 2010,which were compared by the resuscitation success rate.Results Sinus rhythm,spontaneous breathing recovery and successful resuscitation of the selective-order group were higher than the routine group with statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Death in the selective-order group（35 cases） were less than the routine group（45 cases） with statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Firstly giving external cardic massage upon instant discovery of heart arrest leads to a higher success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation than firstly opening airway cardiopulmonary resuscitation manner.
