论社会政策制定过程中社会性别视角的“自觉性”

Preliminary discussion on the self-consciousness of a gender perspective in the process of social policy-making

社会性别视角与社会政策在实现公正公平的价值观上具有良好的契合性,但这种契合性必须以社会性别视角作为社会政策制定的前提为前提,也就是说社会性别视角要在制定社会政策过程中很好地体现出"自觉性"而不是"滞后性""被动性"。只有把握好社会性别视角的"自觉性",才能够使社会政策对两性平等发挥正功能,更好地促进社会的发展。

There is very good correspondence between social gender perspective and social policies in the realization of justice and impartiality values.However,this correspondence must take gender perspective as social policy formulation premise for the premise,i.e.,the gender perspective in the process of social policy formulation very well reflects the ＂self-consciousness＂ instead of ＂hysteresis＂ or ＂passivity＂.Only when ＂self-consciousness＂ of social gender perspective is well grasped can social policy help gender equality play positive function and better promote the development of the society.
