硫化氢预处理延迟相对大鼠心肌蛋白质表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究硫化氢预处理对大鼠心肌蛋白质表达的影响。【方法】采用双向凝胶电泳技术对硫化氢预处理组(H组)大鼠心肌与对照组(C组)大鼠心肌蛋白质进行分离和比较分析。【结果】C组的蛋白质点数平均为929±14,H组的蛋白质点数平均为906±10。有15种蛋白质在硫化氢预处理后发生了改变,其中表达增强的有6个蛋白,表达降低的有9个蛋白。【结论】这些差异表达的蛋白质可能参与了硫化氢预处理对心肌的保护作用。 [Objective]To investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide preconditioning on the protein expression of rat rnyocardium. [Methods] Two dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE) was used to ex tract and comparatively analyze the proteins in rat myocardium of hydrogen sulfide preconditioning group (group H) and control group(group C). [Results] The protein spots in group C and group H were 929±14 and 906±10, respectively. After hydrogen sulfide preconditioning, 15 proteins changed. of these 15 proteins, the expression of 6 proteins increased and that of 9 proteins decreased. [Conclusion] These differential proteins may be involved in the eardioproteetion of hydrogen sulfide preconditioninu.
