左肾球旁细胞瘤一例报告并文献复习

Juxtaglomerular Cell Tumor of Left Kidney（a report of one case and review of the literature）

【目的】探讨肾球旁细胞瘤的诊断和治疗体会。【方法】2010年10月收治1例肾球旁细胞瘤，行根治性左肾切除术并结合文献讨论其发病特点、影像学特征、治疗、病理和预后。【结果】术后3d血压恢复至正常。复查血钾正常。随诊4个月，血压稳定于120／80mmHg。肾功能、血钾正常。超声、CT复查均未见肿瘤复发。【结论】肾球旁细胞瘤是一种罕见的产生肾素的肾小球球旁良性肿瘤，临床特征为严重的高血压和低血钾。确诊需依靠临床表现、光镜、免疫组化和电镜检查。早期诊断与治疗可获得良好的预后。

[Objective] To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of juxtaglomerular cell tumor of kidney. [Methods]A female patient with juxtaglomerular cell tumor in Oct. 2010 underwent radical left nephrectomy. The characteristics of the onset, imaging features, treatment, pathology and the prognosis were discussed in combination with review of the literature. [Results] Blood pressure recovered normal 3 days after operation. The reexamination showed that the blood potassium was normal. After 4-month follow up, blood pressure was stable at 120/80mmHg, renal function and blood potassium were normal. The reexamination by CT showed no relapse of tumor. [Conelusion]Juxtaglomerular cell tumor of kidney is an infrequent juxtaglomerular benign tumor producing the renin. The clinical features are severe high blood pressure and low blood potassium. Its final diagnosis should depend on the clinical manifestation, light microscope, immunohistoehemisty and electron microscope. Early diagnosis and treatment can obtain good prognosis.
