嚼食槟榔者口腔鳞癌组织中MT-1、HO-1的表达及意义

摘要 【目的】探讨嚼食槟榔者I:2腔鳞癌组织中MT-1、HO-1的表达及其与临床分期的相关性。【方法】选择18例口腔鳞状细胞癌和18例患者癌旁正常组织标本,采用RTPCR、免疫组化来检测MT-1、HO-1的表达,并分析其与临床分期的相关性。【结果】口腔鳞状细胞癌MT1、HO-1表达显著高于癌旁正常组织(P〈0.05);MT-1的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌的N分期和分化程度呈正相关(P〈0.05),与T分期无相关性;HO-1的表达和口腔鳞状细胞癌的N分期呈正相关(P〈0.05),与T分期和分化程度无相关性。【结论】MT-1、HO-l在口腔鳞状细胞癌中高表达,并且和肿瘤的N分期有相关性,对口腔鳞状细胞癌区域淋巴结转移有一定的参考意义。 [Objective]To explore the expression of MT-1 and HO-1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OS CC) caused by chewing areca and its relation with clinical stage. [Methods]The specimens of 18 patients with OSCC and adjacent normal tissue of 18 patients were chosen. The expression of MT 1 and HO-1 was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry. Its relation with clinical stage was analyzed. [Results]The expression of MT-1 and HO-1 in OSCC was significant higher than that in adjacent normal tissue( P〈0.05). The expression of MT-1 had positive correlation with the N stage and differentiation degree of OSCC( P〈0.05), but no correlation with T stage. The expression of HO-1 had pos- itive correlation with N stage of OSCC(P〈0.05), but no correlation with T stage and differentiation degree. [Conclusion] The expression of MT-1 and HO-1 in OSCC is high and related with N stage of the tumor. Therefore, it had the reference significance for predicting of regional lymph node metastasis in OSCC.
