摘要
大型企业集团的兴衰已成为国家经济实力兴衰的表征,研究其动态能力成长具有重要的现实意义。然而,目前对于动态能力的研究主要集中于一般企业,少有扩展到作为中间组织的企业集团。文章基于系统协同的研究视角,分析了企业集团动态能力成长路径,进而从母公司层、子公司层和职能活动层三个不同层面构建了企业集团动态能力成长模型及实施机制,旨在深化动态能力理论研究,为我国企业集团适应环境变化、实现可持续发展提供借鉴。
The success or failure of large enterprise group has become the characterization of a nation' s economic strength, so research on enterprise group dynamic abilities has the important practical significance. However, at present research on dynamic capabilities has been focused mainly on general enterprise, hardly expanded to enterprise group the middle organization between market and enterprises. From the perspective of system synergy, this paper firstly analyzed growth paths of enterprise group dynamic capabilities, then constructed the enterprise group dynamic ability growth model and implementing mechanism from three different layers : parent layer, subsidiary layer, functional activities layer. The purpose is to deepen the dynamic capabilities theory, and put forward reference for our enterprise group to adapt to climate change, and realize the sustainable development.
