摘要
针对弧面分度凸轮轮廓面为一空间螺旋带、无法用常规仪器测量的问题,采用三坐标测量机实现了对凸轮轮廓面的数据采集;运用EB样条理论建立了凸轮轮廓面的误差评定模型.将根据该模型开发的误差评定软件应用于实际零件检测,证明该方法正确。
The globoidal indexing cam has a spiral surface profile which can not be measured by the traditional equipment . The coordinate measuring machine is used for inspection whereby the EB spline theory is applied to develop an error evaluation model. The developed software is applied to an actual part with success.
