《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》颁布后,石家庄铁道大学正在制定《石家庄铁道大学"十二五"及中长期改革和发展规划纲要》(以下简称"发展规划纲要")。2011年6月16日,本刊与石家庄铁道大学党委书记、校长王岳森教授就制定"发展规划纲要"的重要意义、面临的发展机遇与挑战、发展战略、办学指导思想、办学理念、人才培养、治学经验等方面进行访谈,整理成文,以飨读者。

With the issue of China national medium-to-long-term education reform and development plan, Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, like many other higher education institutions in China, has been working on its 12th 5-year and medium-to-long-term development plan. On June 16, 2011, we had a special interview with Professor Wang Yue-sen, also President and Party Secretary-General of the university, on some important aspects of the development plan, including the significance of the plan, the opportunities and challenges of the university as well as the university＇s development strategy, guiding ideology and philosophy, cultivation of talents and experience in academic pursuits, etc.
