摘要
深圳东海商务中心工程,地下4层南北侧外墙紧贴支护桩侧壁,施工无外侧操作面,作业难度大;通过在支护桩侧壁施工钢筋混凝土衬墙,地下室外墙防水采用外防内贴法施工,地下室外墙钢管三角桁架采用单侧支模技术等成套施工工艺解决了此施工难点。
In the East Ocean Center engineering,the north and south external walls on the B4 floor cling to the lateral wall of the supporting pile,great construction difficulty is encountered because there is no space for external construction;special construction technologies,such as reinforced concrete lining wall is made along the lateral wall of the supporting pile,external wall waterproof in the basement is carried out by using external prevention and internal pasting method and unilateral formwork technique is adopted for the steel pipe triangular truss on external wall in the basement,etc.,to successfully solve the construction difficulties.
