摘要
采用硅酸盐水泥作为加固材料对地基灌浆加固,造价低、效果好。某群艺馆地基注浆充填加固,通过基础设计两种方案(即预制桩与灌浆充填加固后设计独立柱基)比选,综合选定地基处理方案,设计施工检测后,灌浆法对地基承载力的提高、减小不均匀沉降效果良好。某宿舍楼逆作法灌浆工程,通过基础设计两种方案(大开挖土层与灌浆法加固局部软弱层后基础浅埋)比选,采用灌浆法加固粉土、消除液化及地基不均匀沉降。
This paper takes two projects as examples,in which portland cement is used as the reinforcement material to make a consolidation over ground foundation by grouting.This has been proved that it has lower cost but better result.Example one is that Qunyi Art Museum used grouting to fill and consolidate its foundation.It has compared between two original plans for foundation design(precast pile and grouting after filling and consolidation to establish independent stylopodium),and the plan of foundation treatment has been chosen.In construction,it has been proved that grouting can improve bearing capacity of foundation soil and decrease differential settlement.In example two,grouting through topdown construction method has been applied to the building of one dormitory apartment.Similarly,two plans(deep excavating and grouting to reinforce partial weak stratum for shallow-embedded foundation) were compared,and grouting was used to consolidate floury soil,remove liquefaction and differential settlement of foundation.
