摘要
分别对一步法POY(预取向丝)/FDY(全拉伸丝)涤纶混纤丝进行蒸纱定形热处理和松弛起绉热处理,测试分析混纤丝在不同热处理条件下的热收缩率和拉伸性能,观察其热收缩形态.结果表明:蒸纱定形热处理使混纤丝的热收缩率从56.9%急剧下降到8.3%,同时混纤丝异收缩结构也发生明显变化,但提高了混纤丝拉伸性能;在松弛起绉热处理中,混纤丝的热收缩率随处理温度升高而增加,纱体从密实、带弱卷曲结构向蓬松卷曲结构转变,混纤丝强度略有下降,断裂伸长率和初始模量略有提高.
To investigate the influences on the one-step process POY(pre-oriented yarn)/FDY(fully draw yarn) combined yarn by steam setting process and relaxation heat treatment respectively,the heat shrinkage rate and tensile properties as well as the shrinking structure of the combined yarn were studied.After the steam setting process,it was found that the heat shrinkage rate of POY/FDY combined yarn decreased sharply from 56.9% to 8.3%,the shrinkage structure changed significantly,and tensile properties were improved at the same time.In the process of relaxation heat treatment,the shrinkage rate of the yarn increased with the temperature of treatment,and the compact,weak crimp yarn structure changed into bulky and crimp structure;while the tensile properties did not change significantly.
