高产梳棉机梳理作用的理论探讨

Investigation of the Carding Action of High Production Cotton Card Frame

对近代棉纺高产梳棉机发展中盖板反转、减少盖板根数、增加前后固定盖板和棉网清洁器等,提出了不同的理解并作出了理论分析.研究认为盖板反转时,转移分梳和接触分梳两种基本分梳作用仍不变,盖板反转使得纤维和纤维束在锡林盖板梳理区作反螺旋形的回旋运动,增加了盖板反复梳理的效能.对固定盖板梳理作用与工作区气流和棉网清洁器间的关系作了分析.

Theorectical analysis of the fiber motion in high production card frame in cotton spinning is described,including reverse direction of flats,decreasing the number of flats,adding the number of stationary flats and installing of the web cleaner.As the direction of rotating flats is reversed,transference and contact carding are still the fundamental carding actions,and the motion of fibers and fiber bundles is in a reverse-spiral form of trace instead of the cross-link forward,as in normal flat direction,which increasing the effectiveness of repeated comb of the flats.The carding action of stationary flats is discussed with special attention to the relation of air flow and web-cleaners.
