Integrative Judgment on Shape Preservation and Enwrapping of Double Jacquard Knitting Mattress Coverings with Different Soleplate

针织床垫布近年来逐渐成为床垫布市场主流,但由于针织物基本结构单元是线圈,床垫布在受到来自人体各部位的压力、销钉的冲击力以及弹簧的弹力时,容易产生变形.针织双面大提花床垫布中,底板面积一般占80%以上,所以底板特性对整体影响很大.为此,开发7种不同底板的双面大提花针织床垫布面料,建立了保形性与包覆性评价体系,测试评价体系中的各个指标,并用模糊数学的方法进行综合评判,为工厂实际生产提供参考.

Knitting mattress coverings has been an important part of the mattress market in recent years.The basic structure of knitted fabric is loop,so the fabrics are easy to distortion when they are suffered from different forces such as pressure from the body,impact from the dowel pin,bounce from the spring and so on.The soleplate takes about eighty percent in double jacquard knitting mattress,the characteristics of soleplate plays an important role in its appearance and performance.Seven different soleplate mattress coverings were developed and a shape preservation and enwrapping evaluation system was founded.The shape preservation was judged by means of the fuzzy theory and the results could be referenced by the factory.
