摘要
随着由晶闸管可关断器件IGBT和IGCT为主要元件构成的交/直/交变频传动在钢铁生产线主传动电路上的大量应用,大型轧钢生产线运行过程中产生的谐波也呈现出了新的特点,除常规特征谐波外,还产生出较大的35次以上谐波,严重影响了生产线的正常调试及运行,而且传动系统一般功率因数都较高,需要补偿的无功功率较少,根据特征谐波采用多组滤波器进行治理又容易造成过补偿。这里经过对具体工程的研究分析,提出可行的治理方案,并将方案付诸实践,收到了较好的效果,对解决类似电能质量问题有较高的参考价值。
With more and more IGCT and IGBT is used in the AC/DC/AC frequency alterable main driving system on mill,the harmonics produced by larger rolling mill production line express some new characteristics.Except some com-mon harmonics,it will produce many 35th order harmonics.This harmonic affectes the normal operation and test of the mill production line seriously and the power factor of the driving system is very high,the reactive power to be com-pensated is small,if we select filters according to the characteristic harmonics,that will result in over compensation.after study and analysis for the engineering project,a applicable design is selected and used in a large mill produc-tion line.The effects is very good,and it has good reference and worthiness to similar power quality projects.
