电压畸变条件下静止无功补偿器同步方法研究

摘要 提出一种用于静止无功补偿器(SVC)控制的电压同步方法,即基于序分量的同步坐标轴锁相环(SBSRF-PLL)方法。该方法通过坐标变换,获取了电网三相电压相对于锁相环的角度,故能够完全消除传统同步坐标轴锁相环的锁相误差。在电网电压存在谐波、不平衡、频率变化等畸变情况下,采用SBSRF-PLL方法能够快速、准确地跟踪电压正序分量相位,并具有较强的鲁棒性。仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。 This paper proposes a novel synchronization method for SVC which named sequence based synchronous ref-erence frame phase-locked loop(SBSRF-PLL)method.This is achieved by transforming both positive and negative se-quence components of the utility voltage into the synchronous reference frame(SRF),then the phase angel of three-phase utility voltages relative to PLL can be gotten through coordinate transformation,which completely eliminates the detection errors of conventional synchronous reference frame PLL.The SBSRF-PLL realize voltage positive-sequence tracking fast,precisely and robust even under distorted grid conditions such as unbalance and frequency variations.The feasibility and effectiveness of the synchronization method are verified by simulation results.
