摘要
在实际工程应用中,常规空载实验和堵转实验辨识电机参数的方法难以实现,且辨识精度不高,针对此问题,设计了一种基于TMS320F2808的异步电机参数辨识系统。该系统能够通过直流实验、单相交流实验以及空载实验代替常规辨识方案对工程现场电机的参数进行辨识。这里论述了异步电机参数辨识系统的设计和实现过程,并对电机参数辨识中出现的关键技术问题提出了相应的解决方案。实验结果表明,该系统能有效消除集肤效应和死区效应所产生的辨识误差,且算法简单,易于实现,辨识精度高。
For the problem that conventional no-load test and locked rotor test motor parameters identification method is difficult to achieve in practical engineering application,and that identification accuracy of the method is not high,parameter identification of induction motor systems is proposed based on TMS320F2808.The system is able to use DC experiments,single-phase test and load test in place of conventional identification scheme for project site of motor pa-rameters identification.The experiment demonstrates the asynchronous motor parameter identification system design and realization process of motor parameter identification,putting forward the corresponding solutions in the key technical problems appeared in motor parameter identification.The experimental results show that the system can effectively e-liminate the cause of identification error by skin effect and dead zone effect,and the algorithm is simple,easy to re-alize and high identification accuracy.
