摘要
高校人事管理制度的改革即将进入实质性阶段,它必将触及到每一个教职工的切身利益。本文探讨在深化改革中高校教职工面临的心理压力问题以及如何消除或减轻过重的心理压力,调整心态,适应改革形势,为高校的发展与稳定作出积极贡献。
The reform of colleges and universities in the personnel administrative system will soon enter asubstantial moment, and it will surely touch every teaching and administrative staff to his benefit. In this paperthe author tries to probe into the mental pressure which the staff of college and universities are faced with in thedeepening reform. Hoping to help them to eliminate or reduce their overweight mental pressure, so that they canadjust themselves to the changing situation and make active contributions to the development and stability ofcolleges and universities.
